Esta prote\u00edna se llama hemoglobina y para su formaci\u00f3n el cuerpo necesita mol\u00e9culas de hierro, las cuales obtenemos directamente de nuestra dieta.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es por este motivo, que una dieta rica en alimentos que contienen hierro nos va a ayudar a mantener niveles altos de hemoglobina y de esta forma ser excelentes donantes.<\/p>\n<p>Estos son una lista de
